They charged my card and when I disputed it with Viator, they made a very unsatisfactory investigation into the tour operators no show. We have pictures w/ time/date/location stamps showing we were in the correct place. The tour operator does not. I would not recommend this tour - its seems sort of scammy. I was also quite disappointed with Viator's help in resolving the situation.”
