“The tour guide was not in the designated location and made no attempt to contact us either by the phone number or email that I had in my contact details. They charged my card and when I disputed it with Viator, they made a very unsatisfactory investigation into the tour operators no show. We have pictures w/ time/date/location stamps showing we were in the correct place. The tour operator does not. I would not recommend this tour - its seems sort of scammy. I was also quite disappointed with Viator's help in resolving the situation.”
